Aleksa Lundberg is an actress, journalist and director. She studied acting at the Högskolan för scen och musik in Gothenburg between 2006-2009. During that time she also wrote the script for, and acted in, "Infestus", a play based on her own experience of the attitudes towards transgender people. After graduating she toured Sweden with the Infestus, performing at theatres such as Teater Halland, Dramaten, Uppsala Stadsteater and regionteatern Blekinge/Kronoberg.  

Her most recent appearance on stage was in the play TRUST at Teater Galeasen, Stockholm.

She made her debut as a director with "Ett uppror - The Transgender Version" for Unga Tur at Teater Tre in the spring of 2014.

Aleksa is currently working on the script for "Grattis varlden - vi kan bli fria" which she will bring to the stage together with director Annika Silkeberg in 2016.

Since the fall of 2014 Aleksa Lundberg is also a regular columnist for the two web publications Feministiskt Perspektiv and Politism.

Her next public appearance will be in the Radioteatern version of Aniara, airing in the spring of 2015.
